Welcome to Sayzrina Designs. By accessing our website or utilizing our services in-store, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Sayzrina Designs offers ready-to-wear retail garments, custom tailoring, and alteration services. All custom tailoring is subject to a consultation to determine fabric, design, and fitting requirements.

2. Orders and Payments

For custom tailoring, a deposit may be required before the commencement of work. The final balance is due upon completion and pickup of the garment. All prices are stated in AED.

3. Alterations and Adjustments

We strive for perfect fits. If an adjustment is required upon the first fitting of a custom garment, it will be done free of charge. Significant changes to the original design post-consultation may incur additional fees.

4. Limitation of Liability

Sayzrina Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product.
